I started a series of work recently featuring body parts – mainly women’s waists – accompanied by fruit.
As my art tutor said, it was kind of hard to tell if the fruit was incidental, or the body…
Either way, I had a great time working on this series, attacking the subject in various ways with watercolour, ink, acrylic and pastel – and almost anything else I could lay my hands on.
