But at least the art was done. Playing with small scale oil paintings inspired by the local landscape.
For some reason the photos I took of this one did not turn out very sharp – sorry about that.

I’ve been trying to get the hang of using the macro lens with my camera. I think I am finally getting there. This was taken on our “weed-free” back lawn, with me sprawled on the grass waving the camera around, much to the dog’s amusement 😉Share this:

And back into abstraction. Working from a watercolour that was loosely based on an aerial photograph of some islands surrounded by sea.18×24″ in acrylic on stretched canvas.
