This week’s quote was about regret; the challenge was to include a smile – which I decided not to do. I used Dylusions paints, some punchinella and a beautiful feather painted by Ruth Cahill.

This week’s quote was from Oprah and the challenge was to write down something you’re grateful for today. This is a very different page for me, inspired by ATC swap partner Ying-Ya Shey. Collage materials received as part of a swap, Distress paint & ink, bronze paint that Lynne Walker gave me 🙂

This week’s LisTEN was your overused words. I don’t usually do the lists for my UnPlanner but this appealed. While I was at it, I did a quick Dare2B page, where the challenge was to use tissue paper. I did, but it didn’t turn out even slightly like I had imagined, Oh well…
This week’s quote was “you are enough” – which is something I say to people from time to time – so it resonated with me. The challenge was to use one word to describe your beautiful self. I used Tim Holtz Distress Stains and Inks, gesso, a TH stencil, and collage.

My tag and page this week followed the ‘doodle a flower or ten’ prompt although I stencilled flowers on the tag, and used ones Roo sent me on the page. I’m not big on following the prompts and don’t do a lot of the other things, like create lists, but I love the inspiration this goup gives me.
