Today’s #cjs20 artist is Marlene Meijer-van Niekerk – I hadn’t seen her work before, and really like it. I’m pleased with my piece although the scanner refused to pick up the fluro colours so it’s actually got brighter highlights than this shows.

Today’s artist for #cjs20 is Julie Fei-Fan Balzer. Without giving away too much, this was about trying out materials by working in series and asking yourself “what if…?”. It’s similar to how I work some of the time, but the questioning process really got me thinking.
