This week’s quote was about hope, so I have used sunny, hopeful colours – and bees, because bees matter to our world. The extra challenge was to use glitter, which I say I’m not fond of, but it turns out I have quite a lot of it tucked away really!

This week’s quote was by Proust and the challenge was to incorporate eyes. Various paints, Traci Bautista StencilGirl stencils, magazine image for the collage.
Last week’s quote was about spreading your wings to fly, and the challenge was to use wings (or was it a bird? Oops, not sure – to late now…). Various paints, collage paper, StencilGirl owl stencil for the wings.

I was away for 5 days with work, so am late posting for week 11. The quote was about intuition and the challenge was to add an animal to the page. I loved the chance to use my StencilGirl elephant stencil.

This week’s quote was about beauty, and how our value is not in how we look. The extra challenge was to use flowers. I used Golden fluid acrylics, Dylusions paints, a range of stencils, a Fudeballpen and a photo. The journalling was quite personal, even by by standards, so I covered over it.
